Freshmen, red means STOP!!!
Angie Stewart, Charger Staff
Red means STOP to all of you underclassmen! Have you heard about
the new rule involving the senior lockers? Currently, only seniors
are allowed into the senior locker area during lunch.
Seniors have a few more privileges than the underclassmen. These
privileges set seniors apart from the underclassmen. For instance,
seniors have their own locker area set saide for everyone else,
they get to sit on the lower level of the gym where the more comfortable
chairs are located, are allowed the close parking spots, and they
also have their own section at ball games.
Seniors have worked hard to get where they are. When we are set
aside and have different privileges it makes us feel like we have
accomplished comething by becoming seniors and msking it this far
in high school. These privileges make the seniors feel like they
are somewhat superior, and we very well may be.
Underclassmen should not have a locker in the senior area or sit
in the senior section during games or pep rallies. They will all
have the same privileges and opportunities when they become a senior
some day.
Senior year should be your best year of high school. So, to all
of you seniors...live this year to its fullest and take advantage
of those great privileges and opportunities.
