PLAN test for sophomores
The PLAN test will be given to interested
10th grade students at CHS on Saturday, November 9, 2002, at 8 a.m.
The PLAN test is a preliminary test to the
ACT test, a college entrance test. It serves as a midpoint assessment
of students academic performance and career plans during high
school.
The PLAN test results provide an estimated
ACT score and also show how CHS test scores compare to those of
other students. The PLAN test covers the same content of the ACT--English,
math, reading, science, and uses the same type of items.
The cost is $12.00. Students may register
in the Counseling Center between now and November 1, 2002.
For more information, contact Mary Potter
or Janet Kuykendall at CHS, 520-7819.
