Did you ever stop to think about interesting or odd things? For your amusement here are some exciting and perhaps useful facts.

  1. Did you know that the most expensive fish in the sea is the blue fin tuna?
  2. Rubber bands last longer when refrigerated.
  3. There is a disease called Dracula Syndrome.
  4. Three times as many people in America put ketchup along side their French Fries as put it on top.
  5. Antarctica really has a hot spot.
  6. About 7 percent of all working Americans have worked at McDonalds at least once in their lifetime.
  7. Most elephants weigh less than the tongue of the blue whale
  8. A person cannot taste food unless it is mixed with saliva. For example, if a strong-tasting substance like salt is placed on a dry tongue, the taste buds will not be able to taste it. As soon as a drop of saliva is added and the salt is dissolved, however, a definite taste sensation results. This is true for all foods. Try it!
  9. There is approximately one chicken for every human being in the world.
  10. The average lead pencil will draw a line 35 miles long or write approximately 50,000 English words
