With spring blossoms beginning to call to your nos , it’s evident that the winter sports are drawing to an end.

The CHS swim team has accomplished much this year and Coach Scott has higher hopes for next year.

With five individuals, and three relay teams qualified for the state championship, he has reason to be proud.

He attributes the teams’ success to not only the excellent leadership of the seniors and other experienced swimmers, but also the ambition and heart that was displayed by the newer members of the team.

Senior Matt Stone said, “I love swimming, and it has been a wonderful experience. The people are awesome and its fun kicking butt in competitions.”

Coach Scott says that he has enjoyed his first year of coaching swimming, and looks forward to new faces and even greater accomplishments in the coming years.
