Kingdom Hearts!
Kathleen Robles, Charger Staff
Final Fantasy fans across the country are awaiting the release
of the new Final Fantasy X-2 in America.
The anticipation is high, just as it was with the release of Kingdom
Hearts here. Kingdom Hearts launched a unique battling system never
before seen in gaming. Even bigger pluses to the game were the unreal
graphics and smooth music.
The game plot is the Final Fantasy trademark. Lonely, orphaned,
or thieving hero with a sword is sent on a holy or outlandish mission
to save the world without realizing it.
Along the course of his adventure he meets an important, or foolish,
female whom he falls in love with.
His best friend, or good-nice looking official, turns out to be
an evil guy who isnt really the mastermind.
I have only played Final Fantasy 7,8, and 10. I have reached the
end in all them but have only managed to finish one, Final Fantasy
8. Ive spoken to hard-core gamers who have played, beaten,
and replayed the entire series. They tell me Final Fantasy 8 is
not the best game of the series and Ive found it to be true.
I brought Final Fantasy 10 a year or two ago to see if it was any
better.
Final Fantasy 10 is excellent even if I still havent beaten
it. I havent played it in a year, so when Kingdom Hearts came
out I rushed to get it. Renting it for over two weeks, my brother
and I raced to finish it first.
Any self-respecting Final Fantasy fan just has to go to the Platinum
match in Herculess world-- youll like what you find
there. The Gummi Ship system in the game is cute and the team of
Sora, Donald, and Goofy are classic.
Disney lovers, gamers, and ten-year-olds across America enjoyed
it and launched countless sites and stories on the internet to honor
the game. The secret ending was so loved by those who could get
it so much, that they downloaded it for those less fortunate in
playing the game.
The rumor is that the secret ending is the trailer to the future
of Kingdom Hearts 2. I hope its true.
