Riverstages: three days of great entertainment
David Epley, Charger Staff
Whats better than seeing your favorite band at AmSouth? How about seeing
more than 60 accomplished bands on 6 stages in one weekend for the humble price
of $45 bucks.
Thats right. The fifth annual Nashville River Stages, hosted by Best
Buy, is only a few days away.
The festivities start on May 3 and continue until Sunday, May 5. Headlining
bands include Incubus, Counting Crows, John Mayer, Jack Johnson, No Doubt, Garbage,
Hoobastank, Baha Men, Jethro Tull, Bo Diddley, Erykah Badu, moe., Tobymac, Ani
Difranco, Pete Yorn, and the Big WU. The schedule of the bands has not been
released just yet.
You can find the schedule on the web at www.nashvilleriverstages.com in the
upcoming weeks.
If you are looking for something to do to get school and college off your mind,
then head on down to River Stages and enjoy the food, shopping, culture, night
life, and most of all the music.
